Ancak aksilikler bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc firman\u0131n yakas\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakm\u0131yordu tabi bu patrona g\u00f6re b\u00f6yleydi. \u0130\u015fin asl\u0131 ise kontrol, planlama has\u0131l\u0131 y\u00f6netim eksikli\u011fiydi. Tam \u00fcretime ba\u015flanaca\u011f\u0131 esnada sipari\u015fi verilen baz\u0131 hammaddeler ile gelenler aras\u0131nda uyumsuzluk oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir maliyetle zararla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00fcretimin yan\u0131nda bir de zaman\u0131nda teslim edilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in sat\u0131c\u0131 firman\u0131n kesti\u011fi ceza faturas\u0131 ekstra olmu\u015ftu.<\/p><p>Ya\u015fanan onca stres, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 \u00fczerine bir de maddi zarar \u2026&#8230;<\/p><p>Evet daha evvel vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m gibi \u00e7ok iyi bir ticari zek\u00e2 olabilir g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir sermaye de olabilir ancak bunlar\u0131 y\u00f6netecek e\u011fitim, bilgi ve tecr\u00fcbe birikimi yoksa yukar\u0131daki ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6rnek olaydan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere maddi ve manevi zarar ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oluyor.<\/p><p>Tek kanatl\u0131 ku\u015f u\u00e7maz, iyi y\u00f6netim bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Ticaretin inceliklerini bilmekle, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015firketi olu\u015fturmak farkl\u0131 kavramlard\u0131r.
